There is a three night, four day minimum requirement on all RV rentals.

This is a mandatory fee that is due the date on which the reservation is made and is required to hold the rental unit. The Reservation Deposit is applied to the actual rental fee at the time the rental is picked up. The Motorhome Reservation Deposit is $300.00, Travel Trailer Reservation Deposit is $200.00 and Popup Camper Reservation Deposit is $100.00.

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance to the rental start date will be refunded in full, minus a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made 29 or fewer days prior to the rental start date will result in a gift certificate to use anytime in the future for the amount of the reservation deposit. No refunds will be issued for early returns.

Any cancellation made also requires an email or mailed document stating you wish to cancel your reservation. No refunds, regardless of amount, will be processed until this information is received.

Motorhome rentals must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not returned full of fuel, the rental customer will be charged a $50.00 service fee in addition to $5.00 per gallon of fuel needed to fill the unit’s tank.

A mandatory Prep Fee is assessed to all rentals and is $35.00 for Pop-up Campers, $105.00 for Travel Trailers, and $130.00 for RVs. All rental units must still be returned undamaged and clean inside. If not clean, the rental customer will be charged an additional Cleaning Fee. The preparation fee includes insurance for the unit, propane and generator usage (motorized units only), toilet paper, chemicals, water, emptying of waste tanks and the cleaning of the EXTERIOR of the rental unit.

Customer is responsible for the Insurance deductible; Motorized units are $1000 and Trailers/Pop Ups are $500. This is only collected if the unit comes back with damage or if there are any other charges owed to us under terms of the contract.

Rental units are tightly scheduled for the season and late returns inconvenience our preparation time as well as other rental customers’ vacation schedules. NO returns after 2pm. Late returns are subject to a $50.00 per hour late charge up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, we charge twice the daily rate in addition to the $150.00 for the 3 hours already late.

Any evidence of tobacco smoke will result in LOSS of the rental customer’s Security Deposit.

Pets are not allowed inside any of our rental units.

All Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

200 free miles per rented night on all motorhome rentals.

We accept Cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.

Towing, roof storage, and sitting or standing on top of a rental unit is NOT ALLOWED at ANY time. Evidence of this violation will result in the rental customer’s forfeit of his or her Security Deposit.

Malfunctions of Stove, Fridge, AC, TV, VCR, DVD (if applicable), Fans and Small Appliances, Batteries, Water pumps, Water heaters or Generators are NOT considered mechanical breakdowns and will not result in compensation but MUST be reported to Greenwood RV Rentals & Sales as soon as possible. Awnings are very susceptible to wind and must be put down each night and during the day if it is windy.

Please note that we do not supply adapters. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have the right connections for their electrical/generator hook ups.

Winterization: As of November 15th, all units are winterized and rented with no water in the tanks. Units must be used dry and returned dry.
