At Greenwood RV Rentals & Sales, we want to put all our cards out on the table. We would hate for any of our customers to be surprised by a rental policy or fee after they’ve already booked their motorhome. So for the sake of clarity and full disclosure, we want to clarify a few of our rental policies.
1. Rental Period
The minimum rental period for any of our RVs is three nights and four days. So if you’re planning on a weekend getaway, take off an extra day or two, and make it a long weekend. Get your money’s worth!
Life happens, and we get that. Therefore, we do our best to help if something comes up and you have to change your plans. However, note that all cancellations must be made 30 days or more in advance in order to get a refund (minus the $50.00 cancellation fee). If you’re in the 29 days or less range, you can still cancel your reservation, but instead of a refund, we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the reservation deposit that you can use at anytime in the future.
We love your fluffy puppy as much as the next person, but in order to keep our motorhomes, travel trailers, and campers in their best condition, we have a strict no-pet policy in all our RV rental units.
4. Age Requirements
In order to rent or drive an RV from us, you must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
5. International Travel
You’ve planned the trip of a lifetime across the United States, and you were hoping that as you traveled south you might pop into Mexico for a quick hello and some authentic Mexican cuisine. While that sounds great in theory, we do not permit any travel in our RVs outside the United States.
