RV Rental FAQsAt Greenwood RV Rentals & Sales, we do our best to put our customers first. Customer satisfaction has been our top priority since opening our doors in 2005. We don’t want you to have lingering concerns or questions when renting an RV. Therefore, let us clear up a few questions you might have about the rental process.

1. How old do I have to be to rent an RV?

All our rental customers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license in order to book an RV.

2. Is smoking allowed in the motorhome?

In order to keep our RVs in top condition, we do not allow smoking or tobacco use inside any of our rental units. We also want to mention that any evidence of tobacco use found after the unit is returned might result in the loss of your security deposit.

3. What type of payments do you accept?

At Greenwood RV Rentals, you can pay using cash or credit card (Discover, Visa, American Express, or Mastercard).

4. May I bring my dog camping?

We love your little furry guy as much as anyone. But Fido’s hair can result in the need for extra cleaning. Therefore, we don’t allow any pets in our rental units.

Do you have additional questions or want clarification on any of these policies? At Greenwood RV Rentals, we’re always available to answer your questions or assist you in any way. We’d be glad to tell you more about our motorhomes, travel trailers, and popup campers as well as our current RV rental specials. All you have to do is contact us at (317) 413-0817. You can also make a reservation when you have us on the phone, or you can book online anytime.
