Rental Period:  There is a 3 (three) night, 4 day minimum requirement on all rentals.

Reservation Deposit:  This is a mandatory fee that is due the date on which the reservation is made and is required to hold the rental unit.  The Reservation Deposit is applied to the actual rental fee at the time the rental is picked up.  The RV and Travel Trailer Reservation Deposit is $300.00, and Pop-up Camper Reservation Deposit is $100.00.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance to the rental start date will be refunded in full, minus a $50.00 Cancellation Fee.  Cancellations made 29 or fewer days prior to the rental start date will result in the forfeit of the entire Reservation Deposit.

Security Deposit:  This is a mandatory fee that is returned to the rental customer within 5-10 business days after the rental unit is returned with no problems/damages, and no extra fees have been incurred.  The Security Deposit of $250.00 for Pop-up Campers, $250.00 for Travel Trailers, and $500.00 for RVs will held on the rental customer’s credit card or pre-paid in cash.

Fuel:  RV rentals must be returned with a full fuel tank.  If not full, the rental customer will be charged a $35.00 service charge in addition to the cost of refilling the tank with fuel.

Prep Fee:  A mandatory Prep Fee is assessed to all rentals and is $25.00 for Pop-up Campers and $75.00 for RVs and Travel Trailers.  All rental units must still be returned undamaged and clean inside.  If not clean, the rental customer will be charged an additional Cleaning Fee.  The preparation fee includes propane and generator usage, toilet paper, chemicals, water, and the cleaning of the EXTERIOR of the rental unit.

Insurance:  In order to rent a Class A Motorhome from Greenwood RV Rentals, LLC, the rental customer must carry insurance on the rental unit for the time in which it is in their possession.  You must provide a binder with your insurance policy that shows Greenwood RV Rentals, LLC as the loss payee or you may purchase an insurance policy through MBA Insurance.  Without one of these options, the rental customer will be unable to rent the unit.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late Returns:  Rental units are tightly scheduled for the season and a late return would inconvenience our preparation time as well as other rental customers’ vacation schedules. NO returns after 5pm. Late returns are subject to a $25.00 per hour late charge.

NO SMOKING:  Any evidence of smoke (including camp fire or incense) will result in LOSS of the rental customer’s Security Deposit.

All Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

NO PETS:  No pets are allowed inside rental units.

NO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.

Towing, roof storage, and sitting or standing on top of a rental unit is NOT ALLOWED at ANY time.  Evidence of this violation will result in the rental customer’s forfeit of his/her Security Deposit.

Malfunctions of Stove, Fridge, AC, TV, VCR, DVD (if applicable), Fans and Small Appliances,Batteries,Water pumps,Water heaters are NOT considered mechanical breakdowns and will not result in compensation but MUST be reported to Greenwood RV Rentals, LLC as soon as possible.  Awnings are very susceptible to wind and must be put down each night and during the day if it is windy.
